Construction projects such as residential buildings and dormitories, administrative and logistics properties, hotels, supermarkets, mixed-use buildings or similar commercial buildings are planned, monitored and supervised over all service phases of the HOAI. For our Germany-wide projects (primarily: Bavaria and the Rhine-Main area in Hesse), we are permanently looking for support in the areas of planning, site supervision, construction and project management. Specialist Planner ELT or HVAC (m/f/d):
To support upcoming projects in southern Germany (Bavaria) and the Rhine-Main area (Hesse), we are currently looking for a specialist planner (m/f/d) in the field of electrical engineering or HVAC (part-time / full-time).
Your tasks:
- Specialist planning/planning over the service phases 1 – 5 of the HOAI
- Creation of service specifications / tendering and awarding via the service phases 6 – 7 of the HOAI
- System evaluation and cost calculation within the scope of planning services
- Participation in construction and planning meetings with all project participants
- Independent processing and support of planning projects
Your profile:
- Engineer / state-certified technician / master craftsman (ELT / HVAC)
- Ideally, you have at least 3 years of professional experience
- Confident handling of VOB and HOAI
- Know-how regarding the regulations / ordinances / standards
- Knowledge of corresponding calculation tools for the respective trade (such as Simaris, DiaLux, Dendrit Studios, etc.)
- Good handling of AVA software (such as ORCA AVA, …)
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
- Knowledge of CAD applications desirable (AutoCAD 2017/2018)

Site Manager ELT or HVAC (m/f/d):
To support upcoming projects in southern Germany (Bavaria) and the Rhine-Main area (Hesse), we are currently looking for a construction manager (m/f/d) in the field of electrical engineering or HVAC (part-time/full-time).
Your tasks:
- Specialist construction supervision or site supervision (HOAI service phase 8) directly
On-site at BV of the GU's or engineering offices - Verification of the dimensions costs, quality and time of the NU / craftsmen
- Participation in construction meetings / Jour Fix appointments on site
- Claims management / quantity survey and performance control
- Regular site inspections and defect logging
- Independent and solution-oriented support of the BV on site
Your profile:
- Engineer / state-certified technician / master craftsman (ELT / HVAC)
- Ideally, you have at least 3 years of professional experience
- Confident handling of VOB / HOAI, etc.
- Know-how regarding the regulations / ordinances / standards / TAB
- Safer handling of building services fire protection / DIBt specifications
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
- Willingness to travel (to the construction sites on site)
