Started with a craft apprenticeship and successfully completed training as an electronics technician for energy and building technology, with a primary focus on building technology in new construction and renovation. This was followed by several years of activity in building services for residential and commercial properties, in the field of energy technology and technical building management. Apart from activities in the field of technical facility management (energy and building technology), the maintenance and upkeep of special machines and systems (e.g., overhead cranes with lifting capacity up to 500t, automated ventilation and exhaust systems for larger manufacturing companies, elevator systems or emergency power systems for industrial operations, etc.) were a focus and thus daily work during the journeyman period.

After successfully completing the master's degree, the first self-employment began (with the right to use the master craftsman title) in the construction and renovation of residential buildings in the field of electrical engineering, as well as cross-trade renovation supervision of technical building equipment.

In addition to active execution and consulting activities, further training was completed in the areas of real estate valuation, construction management/construction supervision, as well as energy efficiency in residential buildings (energy consulting), whereby the complete self-employment was completely transferred to freelance planning and expert activities.

During active freelance work (engineering services) for several years for larger engineering and construction companies in Bavaria and Hesse, Mr. Farid Damban began part-time bachelor studies (engineering) with a focus on energy technology. Within this framework, there was a continuous expansion of activities in the planning of electrical systems and renewable energy systems as well as initial conceptualizations of energy generation systems for residential buildings.

Regular continuing education and training measures, in addition to practical work, still form essential core elements today, with which he always keeps up to date.
