Our small, owner-managed engineering office stands for performance and quality for renowned clients such as engineering and architectural offices, general and construction companies, cities/municipalities/communities as well as other companies and private individuals for the realization of construction projects.
Construction projects such as residential buildings and dormitories, administrative and logistics facilities, hotels, supermarkets, mixed-use buildings or similar commercial structures are planned, supervised and managed across all service phases of the HOAI. For our nationwide projects (focus areas: Bavaria and the Rhine-Main region in Hesse) we are permanently looking for support in planning, construction supervision, construction and project management. Specialist Planner ELT or HVAC (m/f/d):
To support upcoming projects in Southern Germany (Bavaria) as well as in the Rhine-Main region (Hesse), we are currently looking for a specialist planner (m/f/d) in the field of electrical engineering or HVAC (part-time / full-time).
Your Tasks:
- Specialist planning/planning across service phases 1 – 5 of the HOAI
- Preparation of specifications / tendering and awarding across service phases 6 – 7 of the HOAI
- System evaluation and cost calculation within the framework of planning services
- Participation in construction and planning meetings with all project participants
- Independent processing and supervision of planning projects
Your Profile:
- Engineer / state-certified technician / master craftsman (ELT / HVAC)
- Ideally you have at least 3 years of professional experience
- Confident handling of VOB and HOAI
- Know-how regarding regulations / ordinances / standards
- Knowledge of corresponding calculation tools for the respective trade (such as Simaris, DiaLux, Dendrit Studios, etc.)
- Good handling of AVA software (such as ORCA AVA, ...)
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
- Knowledge of CAD applications desirable (AutoCAD 2017/2018)

Specialist Site Manager ELT or HVAC (m/f/d):
To support upcoming projects in Southern Germany (Bavaria) as well as in the Rhine-Main region (Hesse), we are currently looking for a site manager (m/f/d) in the field of electrical engineering or HVAC (part-time/full-time).
Your Tasks:
- Specialist site management or construction supervision (HOAI service phase 8) directly
On-site at general contractors or engineering offices
- Review of cost, quality and time dimensions of subcontractors/craftsmen
- Participation in construction meetings / regular on-site appointments
- Supplement management / measurement and performance control
- Regular construction inspections and defect documentation
- Independent and solution-oriented supervision of construction projects on-site
Your Profile:
- Engineer / state-certified technician / master craftsman (ELT / HVAC)
- Ideally you have at least 3 years of professional experience
- Confident handling of VOB / HOAI, etc.
- Know-how regarding regulations / ordinances / standards / TAB
- Confident handling of building technology fire protection / DIBt requirements
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
- Willingness to travel (to construction sites on-site)
