Starting with a successfully completed apprenticeship as an electrician for energy and building technology, with primary work in building technology for new construction and renovation projects. This was followed by several years of work in building services for residential and commercial properties, in the field of energy technology and technical building management. In addition to activities in the field of technical facility management (energy and building technology), the maintenance and upkeep of special machinery and equipment (e.g., overhead cranes with a lifting capacity of up to 500t, automated ventilation and extraction systems for larger manufacturing facilities, elevator systems or emergency power systems for industrial operations, etc.) were a key focus and thus the daily work during his journeyman activities.

After successfully completing his master craftsman qualification, he became self-employed for the first time (holding the master craftsman title) in the construction and renovation of residential buildings in the field of electrical engineering, as well as cross-trade renovation supervision of technical building equipment.

In addition to active operational and advisory work, further training was undertaken in the areas of property valuation, construction management / site management, and energy efficiency in residential buildings (energy consulting), which led to the transition of the entire self-employment to freelance planning and expert advisory activities.

During active freelance work (engineering services) over several years for larger engineering and construction companies in Bavaria and Hesse, Mr. Farid Damban began a part-time Bachelor's degree program (Engineering) with a focus on energy technology. In this context, there was a continuous expansion of activities in the planning of electrical systems and renewable energy systems, as well as initial conceptual designs of energy generation systems for residential buildings.

Regular training and continuing education measures, alongside practical work, remain to this day among the essential core elements with which he consistently keeps himself up to date.
