Started with a hands-on and successfully completed apprenticeship as an electronics technician for energy and building technology, with a predominant activity in building technology for new construction and renovation. This was followed by several years of activity in building services for residential and commercial properties, in the field of energy technology and technical building management. Apart from activities in the field of technical facility management (energy and building technology), the maintenance and servicing of special machines and systems (e.g., hall cranes with a lifting capacity of up to 500t, automated ventilation and extraction systems for larger manufacturing plants, elevator systems or emergency power systems for industrial companies, etc.) were a focus and thus the daily bread during the journeyman activity.

After successfully completing the master craftsman qualification, the first self-employment (with the right to use the master title) followed in the construction and renovation of residential buildings in the field of electrical engineering, as well as cross-trade renovation supervision of technical building equipment.

In addition to active execution and consulting activities, further training was undertaken in the areas of real estate valuation, construction management/construction supervision, and energy efficiency in residential buildings (energy consulting), whereby complete self-employment was completely transferred to freelance planning and expert activities.

During the active freelance activity (engineering services) over several years for larger engineering and construction companies in Bavaria and Hesse, Mr. Farid Damban began a part-time Bachelor's degree (engineering) with a focus on energy technology. Within this framework, there was a continuous expansion of activities in the field of planning electrical systems and renewable energy systems, as well as initial conceptualizations of energy generation systems for residential buildings.

Regular continuing education and training measures, in addition to practical activity, still form the essential core elements today with which he always keeps up to date.
