DAMBAN Engineering Office handles Plant Group 1 of Building Services Engineering within the framework of planning and engineering services according to HOAI, which is simultaneously designated as Cost Group 410 according to DIN 276. Cost Group 410 refers to wastewater systems, water systems and gas systems of the building services trades for structural facilities, which fall under the HOAI (Regulation on Fees for Architectural and Engineering Services).

Cost Group 410 (Plant Group 1) is further subdivided into additional cost groups of the 2nd level of DIN 276:

411 Wastewater Systems:
Wastewater installation technology; wastewater piping systems; inspection shafts and pump sumps; sewage and greywater pumps; sewage lifting stations; floor inlets and drains; odor traps; backflow prevention systems; sewer systems; lifting station technology in general for sewage and rainwater; cisterns; infiltration systems; etc.

412 Water Systems:
Water supply systems for drinking water technology; installation technology in general for drinking water supply; decentralized water heating systems; sanitary fixtures; solar thermal systems for drinking water heating; all types of water piping technology; etc.

413 Gas Systems:
Gas supply systems in general; gas generation systems; transfer stations for gas supply facilities; gas piping systems; all components of gas supply system technology that are not assigned to Cost Group 420, etc.

419 Other for Cost Group 410:
Prefabricated sanitary units; installation register systems; fire protection system components for sanitary system technology such as fire protection sleeves; bulkhead systems; core drilling and openings for Cost Group 410; etc.
