The DAMBAN Engineering Office supervises System Group 4 of the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems within the framework of planning and engineering services, according to HOAI, which is simultaneously designated as Cost Group 440 according to DIN 276. Cost Group 440 refers to HVAC systems of the building services trades in construction projects, which fall under the HOAI (Regulation on Fees for Architect and Engineer Services).

445 Lighting Systems:
Interior lighting systems; Fixed lighting; Emergency lighting systems battery-backed or with central supply; Traffic route lighting systems within buildings; etc.

446 Lightning Protection and Earthing Systems:
Lightning rods; Earthing systems; Equipotential bonding technology; Surge protection in general (internal and external); Lightning protection catching devices; Separation systems; etc.

447 Overhead Line Systems:
Overhead line systems for local and long-distance traffic, e.g. through overhead lines; etc.
