The DAMBAN Engineering Office manages Plant Group 7 of the Technical Building Equipment within the scope of planning and engineering services, in accordance with the HOAI, which is simultaneously designated as Cost Group 480 according to DIN 276. Cost Group 480 refers to the building automation / MSR technology of the building services in structural installations, which fall within the scope of the HOAI (Regulation on Fees for Architectural and Engineering Services).

Cost Group 480 (Plant Group 8) is further subdivided into additional cost groups at the 2nd level of DIN 276:
