As an independent, owner-managed engineering office / planning office, we are your competent partner for engineering services in energy and building technology (TGA). In accordance with the HOAI, we offer you comprehensive planning, construction management/supervision or accompanying quality controls for residential and special buildings/commercial buildings. Our services are available for new construction, renovation or modernization.

As part of our engineering services, we plan and support all specialist disciplines of technical building equipment (TGA) from a single source. In this way, waste water systems/sanitary systems, heat generation systems (heating), ventilation systems, high and low-voltage systems, elevator systems/conveyor systems and building automation systems are intelligently coordinated, designed ready for execution and monitored during the construction phase. We see ourselves as a direct advisor and contact partner for the entire TGA trades for clients/building owners.

In addition, we are state-recognized energy consultants and can cover all energy consulting services, such as the preparation of thermal insulation certificates in accordance with EnEV, energy efficiency house planning, planning and construction support for energy-efficient new construction and renovation measures, or the conception and application for the eligible measures of the KfW/DENA/BAFA as a completely independent engineering office.

The DAMBAN engineering office is your point of contact for planning and construction supervision in energy and building technology (TGA). Our core competencies include specialist planning for electrical engineering, TGA general planning, planning of fire extinguishing and fire alarm systems, as well as energy consulting and planning of thermal building physics.
TGA general planning means that we plan and coordinate all technical trades such as heating, ventilation, sanitary, electrical engineering, conveyor and building automation systems in an integrated manner. With us, you have a central point of contact who intelligently coordinates the trades and accompanies the entire process from planning to construction supervision.
We are primarily active in southern Germany, with a focus on the metropolitan regions of Munich, Nuremberg and Stuttgart. However, our area of operation also extends to cities such as Ingolstadt, Regensburg, Frankfurt a. M. and their surrounding areas.

We are state-recognized energy consultants and listed as “energy efficiency experts” for federal funding programs. This qualifies us to prepare thermal insulation certificates according to EnEV, to plan energy efficiency houses and to design funding applications for KfW, DENA or BAFA.
Yes, we provide all our planning and monitoring services in accordance with the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI). This guarantees a transparent and comprehensible billing of our services.
