The owner-managed engineering office was founded by Mr. Farid Damban, which stands for the classic engineering services / planning services in the trades of sanitary/waste water, heat supply, electrical engineering, conveyor technology in the field of energy and building technology / technical building equipment.
As a neutral and independent engineering office, we offer holistic planning, object monitoring / construction supervision as well as construction support and evaluations in the field of TGA (technical building equipment) and energy technology (energy efficiency / building physics). Upon request, all engineering services for new buildings, conversions or extensions of residential buildings, commercial and special buildings are taken over according to the HOAI.

Electrical Engineering | Conveyor Technology
The origin of the engineering office and thus the foundation are the trades of electrical engineering (such as high and low voltage, conveyor technology/elevator systems, lighting systems, fire alarm technology, energy supply, etc.). The electrical trades are still one of the main focuses of the planning office.

Sanitary | Heating | Ventilation
The DAMBAN engineering office now offers all trades of technical building equipment (TGA), such as sanitary/waste water, heat supply, air conditioning systems/air conditioning technology and the electrical trades from a single source. The trades are coordinated with each other, the client reduces further external interfaces between the planning participants, which results in a more efficient technical planning.

TGA General Planning
The DAMBAN engineering office sees itself as a TGA general planning office, in which all TGA trades can be planned, projected, tendered and awarded from a single source, and monitored during the construction phase.
